These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through elynoiva.com.

By submitting an order, you agree that your purchase is subject to these Terms of Purchase together with the policies referenced on this website.

Elynoiva is owned and operated by Nanjing Maihuitang Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately and provide useful information regarding characteristics, dimensions, materials and variations where applicable.

Minor differences in screen display, photography, packaging or manufacturing may occur.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where an item is materially different from its description or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

2. Prices and Currency

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.

Prices, available currencies, discounts and shipping charges are presented before final payment.

3. Placing an Order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automatically generated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance if payment verification, fraud screening, availability verification or other legitimate checks remain outstanding.

4. Order Acceptance

We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including because of:

payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or system error, an invalid delivery destination, or a legal restriction.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no product has been supplied, the affected payment will be refunded.

5. Payment

Customers must use a valid payment method they are authorized to use.

Payments are handled through available payment-processing services. The available methods are displayed at checkout.

We do not encourage customers to provide payment credentials through ordinary email or customer-support messages.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be converted into cash and may not be combined with other offers.

We may correct misuse or technical errors relating to a promotion where permitted by law.

7. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated standard transportation time is normally 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping currently applies to qualifying merchandise orders totaling more than US$50, subject to the conditions described in our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellation and Order Changes

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.

A cancellation or modification can only be completed before fulfillment reaches a stage where the order can no longer reasonably be stopped.

A request is not confirmed until customer support confirms the change or cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, eligible products may instead be handled under our Return Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Customers should obtain return instructions before sending a product back.

10. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If we supply an incorrect product or an item arrives damaged, defective or materially inconsistent with its description, contact service@elynoiva.com.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund or other reasonable remedy.

We will not require a customer to bear reasonable return costs caused solely by our own fulfillment error.

11. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

We may use reasonable measures to protect customers and the store against fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

An order may be delayed while verification is completed.

Customers who believe a transaction was unauthorized should contact their payment provider and our customer service team promptly.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

Where mandatory consumer protection law provides a customer with greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory legal protection will apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer under the law of the customer's place of residence where those protections cannot legally be waived.

Subject to such mandatory rights, disputes concerning these Terms or an Elynoiva purchase may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
